Lavender Meadows Return Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your Lavender Meadows purchase. However, if you find that you need to
return an item, our policy for doing so is outlined below.

Please contact our Customer Service department before sending anything back to us.  You can reach Customer Service via e-mail at customerservice@lavendermeadows.com or phone us at 760-740-9991 from 9:90AM to 4:00PM Pacific Time.  For faster processing of your return, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Contact Lavender Meadows Customer Service within ten days of receiving your order to let us know you will be making a return.  Call 760-740-9991 Monday through Thursday 9:30AM to 4:00 PM Pacific Time or e-mail customerservice@lavendermeadows.com.
  2. We’ll give you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with the return address.  Please write this number on the outside of your shipping box.
  3. Please send your return package via UPS or US Mail insured. Insurance protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.
  4. Carefully package the items in the original shipping box using plenty of padding material to protect the contents and include a copy of your invoice.

IMPORTANT!  Make sure the items are well protected and packaged in the same manner you received them.  You must use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.  Items must be received in resalable condition for a refund.

Once we receive your return package, we will issue you a refund or credit for the price of the products you returned excluding shipping (including tax, if any).  We will charge-back the amount to your credit card.  If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged, we will also refund you the shipping costs to return the item to us.

Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your refund.  We will contact you via e-mail to inform you that the refund has been issued.

Returns and Refunds-Damaged Items

Should your products be received damaged or unusable, please contact Customer Service within 5 days or receipt of the item via e-mail at customerservice@lavendermeadows.com or phone us at 760-740-9991 from 9:30AM to 4:00PM Monday through Thursday.  We will immediately send you a replacement and instruct you on what to do with the damaged item(s).
